I hope you all are still staying strong during this time. Obviously, our “normal” has changed. And when COVID-19 is behind us, it will change once more. Remember, here at R J Travel Advisors we’ve always known how important our role as travel advisor and as your liaison is to support you, our customers. But now more than ever, our knowledge and expertise will be immeasurable in the rebounding of the travel industry. We realize that you guys are hungry for information, as well as reassurance, making the advisory role that we play an essential one.
We value our relationship with you, and we want to say: Thank you to infinity and beyond for sticking with us! To express our appreciation for the magic you help us create, we are continuously researching and updating our skills and knowledge to do our very best on your behalf.
We love working with you and look forward to working with you even more when you are ready to travel again. We recognize it’s a difficult time in the industry and we want to do whatever we can to help you.
It’s easy to grow restless during this time, when most of us are stuck at home and contending with the fears of the unknown. While we cannot control how the world outside our door reacts to this current pandemic, we can control how we spend our time inside our own homes. We can also plan for how we’re going to meet the future of travel when the world opens up again. We encourage you to take advantage of this time to find creative ways to expand and reconnect with friends and family.

As our industry and many others are forced to adapt to the challenges posed by this pandemic, many people are curious about the future of travel. While it can be easy to lose perspective, it’s important to remember that travel does have a future. And while we cannot be travelling the world right, we can reassure our you and make sure that you aware that travel does have a future. To that end, we’ve committed to sharing any pertinent updates to reassure and empower you during this time.

As our industry has been broadly impacted, R J Travel Advisors’ dedicated leadership team has been monitoring and navigating circumstances day by day in order to bring forth the best possible options for our customers. In light of recent changes to government guidelines in our destination markets, our focus remains with you. We will continue to uphold our core values, which are our commitment to excellence, respect, and integrity.
We want to reaffirm that our priority is the health, well-being, and happiness of our past and future guests, partners, co-workers, peers, and suppliers. We will continue to take the best measures to ensure everyone, from our guests to suppliers, are safe and comfortable when we can be together again.
This too will pass! Meanwhile, put your time to good use. Think about who you will vacation with when this storm subsides. We are as excited as you are to get back to creating happy memories! Just like you, we can’t wait to feel the excitement of seeing new destinations and shorelines on the horizon.
When our society emerges from COVID-19 and begins our gradual reopening strategy, it will require a fine balance guided by science, not intuition.
